Jalen Hurts ran for a 6-yard touchdown and threw a two-point conversion pass with 2:38 remaining as the Philadelphia Eagles took the lead for the first time in a 21-18 road victory against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon in Charlotte, N.C.Hurts had two touchdown runs and was 22-for-37 for 198 passing yards with an interception as the Eagles (2-3) snapped a three-game skid.Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold was shaky, going 21-for-37 for 177 yards with a touchdown throw and three interceptions. They had only 8 yards of total offense and two turnovers to start the third before a six-play, 80-yard touchdown drive that concluded with Hurts scoring on a 1-yard run with 8 seconds left in the quarter.
