50 Cent has confirmed that a new song featuring Eminem and previously unreleased vocals from 2Pac will appear in the upcoming Street Fighter movie. During a July 24 television appearance, the rapper and actor described the track as the film’s theme and said it would be released soon.
In the announcement, 50 Cent clarified that 2Pac’s contribution comes from an authentic unreleased recording rather than artificial intelligence. He also said the late rapper’s estate approved the use of the material. A title and official release date for the collaboration have not yet been revealed.
The track brings together three major names in hip-hop with longstanding professional connections. 50 Cent and Eminem have worked together repeatedly since the early 2000s, while Eminem previously produced music using 2Pac recordings for posthumous releases.
Music is only one part of 50 Cent’s involvement in the project. He will also appear as Balrog, the powerful boxer from the original video game series.
