Chrisette Michele reportedly suffered a ruptured appendix earlier this month, but she isn't letting that stop her from heading out on the road.  She's been announced as the special guest on Keyshia Cole's Woman to Woman tour, which kicks off next month.  

Named after Keyshia's 2012 album, the Woman to Woman trek takes off March 28 in Westbury, New York, and wraps up April 21 in Keyshia's hometown of Oakland., California

Earlier this month, Chrisette was forced to cancel a New York City show with BJ the Chicago Kid after she was hospitalized.  She was released last week, and tweeted that she's getting better "little by little" and now able to "walk like a granny."
